BLM Datafeed Property Guide

Please follow these steps carefully, one by one, to verify the data feed's functionality.

Configure Environment

Follow these steps to integrate with the real-time data feed from the client side.

  • 1. Go to the Admin Console
  • 1.1. Create a new Company with BLM and Both Estate/Letting Agency datafeed types.
  • 1.2. Create a new Branch using the Company created above.
  • 1.3. Click 'Send Onboarding Instructions' to onboard.
  • 2. Go to the Website Developer email.
  • 2.1. Check the 'Onboarding Instruction FTP Certificates' email for the FTP Username and FTP Password.
  • 3.3. Store them securely in a safe location.
  • 4. Provide the FTP Username, and FTP Password in the form below.

FTP

please provide the Branch to authenticate and upload the BTM zip file.

please provide the Host to authenticate and upload the BTM zip file.

please provide the FTP username to authenticate and upload the BTM zip file.

please provide the FTP password to authenticate and upload the BTM zip file.

  • 5. Go to the Property Console.
  • 6. Add a new property to the system and wait approximately 15 minutes for it to be scheduled.
